Program Outline
This coaching program is a customized, co-created experience. While I have a standard method that I can use to guide you through the process, I also adapt my approach based on your specific needs. I have a gift for asking the right questions at the right time, helping you have those lightbulb moments that create major shifts in your business.
Here’s the loose framework:
Initial Call: For established businesses, most often we’ll dive into pain points, urgent fires, and what feels overwhelming or unsustainable. We’ll envision your dream business and identify the shifts needed to get there.
For new businesses, most often we’ll explore your motivation, foundational pieces in place, and immediate actions necessary. We’ll discuss the services you want to offer and how to attract and enroll clients.
Co-Created Plan: From the initial call, we’ll develop a plan that’s flexible and adaptable. For some, this means tackling a new big project each month. For others, it involves uncovering and addressing mindset blocks and experimenting with new ways of showing up in your business, attracting clients, or delivering your services.
Monthly Focus: Each month, we focus on a specific area of your business, providing you with the insights and strategies needed to move forward. Whether it’s project management, tech optimization, or personal development, we’ll ensure every aspect of your business is thriving.
Review and Future Planning: The final month of our time together will be used to review all that we’ve done together, wrap up any loose ends and put together a sustainable long-term strategy to ensure ongoing growth and fulfillment.

If you’re curious about who I am and what drives me, let’s dive in! 😊 I launched my business in late 2019, and it’s been quite the rollercoaster of growth and transformation ever since. I began my journey as a general virtual assistant and gradually evolved into a tech VA, project manager, and ultimately, an Online Business Manager.
During my time as an OBM, I noticed a significant gap in the market. Many entrepreneurs were ready for support but weren't quite ready for full-time OBM assistance; they needed strategic guidance to elevate their business. This insight led me to pivot yet again and embrace my role as an Aligned Business Strategist. I leverage my intuitive insights to ask the right questions at just the right moments, paving the way for breakthroughs that can truly transform your business.
I wholeheartedly believe that no two businesses (or their owners) are the same. Each journey, motivation, dream, and intention is unique. I’ve seen too many one-size-fits-all “solutions” that simply don’t resonate with most people.
