I've spent years inside small businesses – as a VA, a project manager and an online business manager – before stepping into strategy. So I've seen the back end from just about every angle, and I still get a little giddy over a good checklist.
Where I shine is seeing the whole picture, how the pieces want to fit together, and telling you plainly what I see. I don't sell perfection. I'll show you where the foundations need attention, and what can stay exactly as it is.
These days I work from a farm in Ireland. When I'm not with clients or the calves, I'm reading, planning my next trip or sending friends voice memos that are far too long.
